Our Story
Started by one dentist, four years after dental school.
Dr. Ellen Piyevsky graduated from USC School of Dentistry in 1995 and moved to Las Vegas four years later. She opened the doors of Wigwam Dental Care and Lake Mead Dental, and has been providing quality dentistry to every single one of her patients ever since.
Today the practice runs from two offices — Lake Mead Dental on West Lake Mead Boulevard in Summerlin, and Wigwam Dental on Wigwam Parkway in Henderson — with Dr. Nikki Norton, a Las Vegas native and part of UNLV School of Dental Medicine’s first graduating class, seeing patients at Lake Mead.
